As far as service goes, for the price, the best place to stay in Tela. At least for the areas they control, the hotel, pool and beach. Can't speak for the homes and condos because they are privately owned and there are good owners and bad.

This is my family's favorite place in Tela!! Beach and pool nearby - great for families with children! The restaurant has delicious, nutritious food! . There is also an incredible aquarium with aquatic species from the Tela Bay, which is worth a trip in itself!! Highly recommended!!

Came here for a day at the end of a mission trip. Didn't stay in a room, but the beach staff and restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. The beach is clean, and the food is fabulous. The seafood crevieche with plantain chips is basically a pico de gallo with shrimp, scallops and others bits that is so fresh and delicious. Great pool and clean facilities. I will come back!

The food is great, reasonably priced. But the restaurant closes at 7:00, so you'd better eat all you want early, because there's nothing else after. It's a long walk from cabins to pool and restaurant area, but the beach side rooms are right there and are nice, if small. It's coming along very well.. hopefully they'll continue to improve and develop!

The staff were friendly, place was safe. However, the hotel was run down, the restaurant food was not ideal, late start for breakfast (08:00AM) & early close (19:00), they charge extra for lounge chairs, no mosquito netting on windows nor patio doors. The beach was ok, yet the deck was cleaned very late. Lastly, service was too slow.
