Just returned from 2 weeks here. Excellent resort. Had wonderful service. Excellent food. Even washed my clothes, no charge. Special thanks to Andres, Jairo, Anna, Chef Carlos. Wish I had everyone’s name to thank them all. Great room, pool, beach. If you want low key restful time this is the place. Want to go back.

The beach is clean. They have small huts with chairs. Hammocks were so great we even took a nap on them. The service is good. Food and drinks as expected. The pool is big and it has different areas for different crowds. The waitresses at the diner are always smiling.
The night show at Coco Loco is one of the best we've seen. They're young and so committed. The show has comedy, dance, lip sinc, and it's interactive with the audience. Really great!

Amazing place to stay. This is one of the tops places in tela in my opinion. If you're willing to spend the money of course. It's about a 15 min drive from the city. It has a private beach and on the beach a bar.. Hammocks every where. Super friendly service. And the pool is AMAZING. The golf course is the main thing on the private land. Professionals stay there for the course. Keep in mind you can have a membership so locals will be around the hotel as well. The drinks are over priced. So stop at a local store to get your beer. Rooms are clean. I haven't had an issue here.

I can't say enough about La Ensenada! The grounds are beautiful and so well tended, the staff is wonderful, the pool is great, the beach is fantastic. Go here!

I had a long weekend at the Ensenada in November 2016. The Service was excellent. The food was very nice and the room was very clean. The Staff will go the extra mile to help in any queries and very friendly and polite. Had great experience!!

Stayed here for two nights. Everything works fine. Some minus thats why not 5 stars. The customer service at the reseption when checking in was bad and not at the level you should suspect at this hotel. Then another thin that made me angry. The reseptionist took copies of my credit card. Very strange way and should never happen. So be aware of that.
