The reason for my 3 stars is because I believe that sustainability is actually a weakness with the park (innovation, sustainability is their core values) I've worked here on and off, since 2011 and it's growth took off back then. Now, in 2016, there are giant red flags all around the park.

My #1 concern is maintenance. To sustain, and keep clients happy, maintenance is the fundamental piece to preserving value. It's slowly decaying in value.

For now, it's a good place to work because of the overall safety. What about 5 years from now when there are 2-3 more parks just like Altia? Will they continue to innovate to retain clients? It's easy for them not to worry about this now, but hopefully it won't be too late for them down the road.

Power supply is another BIG issue. I won't get into that, but it's worth investigating prior to signing a contract with these guys.
