Horrible sketchy hotel plus its in the red zone for gangs. Is a shame that online it looks like something else than it really is. They switched me to two different rooms and both were horrible. Rooms smell like fungus and its more like a beat up motel than anything. DO NOT STAY THERE. I ended up going to a REAL,clean and safe hotel out side the city next to mall multi plaza. I don't want to name the hotel because i don't want people to think this post is propaganda for them not to stay at this horrible motel i mean "hotel". Even their "trusted" taxi drivers are sketchy. You have to be careful when booking these "hotel" online. Do your research and don't go for those "deals" they send you online especially if your going with your family. Most great hotels in the country are a bit pricey but really worth it.

The service was horrible the sheets are digusting stained towels were dirty this is supposed to be a high class hotel but more like it’s it’s a cheap motel the people that serve u food ignore u when u try to call them over i will NEVER be coming back !

Stayed here a number of times. Its downtown location across from Central Park is nice. They have a well kept pool and a decent restaurant. It's my choice in SAP.

Love the Sula hotel! Tonight is an exception, however. It is now after midnight and we are hearing music from an event as if it were in our room. Either the music should be kept at an acceptable level for overnight guests or the event should be over at a reasonable hour.

We have stayed here many times in the past but this is the first year that we have had this problem.

On a Main Street so it's noisy. Could not sleep bc of our neighbors making noise all night, free breakfast mediocre, paid too much for one night
