The portion of its lunch set is just proper. Sashimi are fresh, and dish presentation is good. But the environment is a bit noisy and they may ask u to share table with others even if u had made a booking, which is not up to standard in central area.

Brunch, Lunch and dinner are all fantastic here - the sushi is fresh and the atmosphere is excellent. The wine selection is good and even the menu for those less inclined to fish is very good. A few standouts were the super-fresh and complex sushi rolls, the succulent cod with pungent miso sauce and the butter-like, slightly spicy Wagyu tenderloin. A minus is that they do have a 2 hour table policy. The issue with the table policy is that you sometimes feel rushed as your meal is being served

Fish are not fresh it taste weird like it’s been out for long time. Service “OK” not very nice. Food is a bit basic not special, options are very less. Not really that good after all. To be honest it’s horrible. Plus this girl (the server) was really rude give you disgusting look. NOT RECOMMENDED. Price is ridiculous. I think the price is not suitable for this restaurant when it’s this horrible.

We had dinner and chosen the tasting menu. The food was excellent as well as the service except for the desert which was ok. We also tried the one in Rome. I would suggest both.

Delicious Japanese fusion fare in Hong Kong. Definitely not a lot of traditional items on the menu, but if you're into experimenting with new takes on classic Japanese menu items, then this place will certainly provide something for everyone.

The beer list is unfortunately pretty average, although there is an excellent selection of wine, sake, and cocktails.

Unsurprisingly, the service is excellent and the location is quite lovely as well.

One of the best buffets I have had. The presentation of the fish, the way it is prepared. Everything is well done. It is pricy but worth it for a special occasion.

That was my first time at Zuma. I can't talk about the dinner options or the lunch because I had brunch. What a lovely way to spend a rainy day! My suggestion is to book in advance since is always packed of people but during the buffet the line is so well organized and fast that you can't really sense that. The main dishes and the desert platters are served at the table while there is a buffet of mainly cold dishes, soups , vegetables and a yakitori section. The buffet is never empty and the dishes are refilled pretty fast.
‌The sushi is fresh, the vegetables are well seasoned and the main dishes were amazing. Even the deserts and fruit platter was well presented. Perfect way to conclude a meal. There were 2 kinds of ice creams (melon and strawberry), a cheesecake, browny, mango pudding, strawberry cake, lychees, strawberries, watermelon, melon. I can still remember all the flavours. Simply delicious! Definetly good quality price deal if you like seafood based brunches! Of course, last but not least 150$ more and you can get the free flow of alcoholic drinks including champagne!

Great spot for botomless brunch, the mains are great but the cold and hot buffet stands are the real stars. Great cocktails and better puddings!

Very high quality food and service. You definitely pay a premium for it though. Beef dish was amazing, sashimi and sushi excellent. Proper fresh wasabi also. By far the best Japanese buffet experience I've ever had.
