  They also kept our deposit which was due in January. If you are a start up in HK I would avoid at all costs. Happy to amend this review if we ever get our deposit back!

  NOT RECOMMENDED! The worse experience of renting offices in Hong Kong. They took money for 3 months in advance and never provided the office and they did not make a refund. LOST MONEY, LOST TIME . Dear friends dont sign for this FROUD SCHEME!

  As a tenant, I saw the ownership change of this shared office. And the new owners (I’m guessing out of cost cutting) CUT THE INTERNET SPEED by 90%+ to the point of it being slower than the free internet you find in fast food restaurants
  
  Absolutely pathetic, we won’t be renewing our lease for sure. As videos that took minutes to upload now requires to be done overnight
  
  Don’t rent here unless you want a landlord that penny and dime you to death
