Just bought a pair of reading glasses last month from this shop. The eye consultation was remarkable and professional, which is probably the best one I have ever done.The optometrist provided me vy detailed exams as well as the related knowledge. Other staff were also very experienced, patient and professional.The pair of glasses is amazingly durable and fit for me unlike those I used to buy from other glasses shops. I therefore appreciate their service and product quality. Highly recommended to those who are looking for a better pair of glasses.

My wife and I have been regularly coming to this shop practically since it opened at IFC. Always had friendly, helpful, and thoughtful service. I would periodically have my prescription checked and even have my eyes checked for pressure and cataracts. The frame selections are modern and from a variety of overseas manufacturers - some very trendy indeed. We are always offered a selection of lens manufacturers at various price points - including top-of-the line optical companies. So, I’ve always had my new prescriptions for spectacles (clear and tinted) as well as contact lenses filled at Berlin Optical. After sales service, including periodic frame adjustments and lens cleaning are welcome so I do take advantage of this perk every now and then. I just picked up my new frame with new lenses a week ago and continue to be happy with the spectacles and service.

Extremely poor service. After getting my prescription wrong, i've been trying to contact the person in charge, and he's not responding. This has been going on for 2 months, and i've been left with no other choice, but to speak to the Better Business Bureau.
