Lift here when in town.
Excellent programs, instructors, atmosphere.
Great gym, classes and trainers. Work hard and get the results.
It's was fun fun and fun
Great community, excellent instruction, and fun workouts, it's the best gym I've been to in Hong Kong. The trainers make you work hard but everybody I have seen gets results.

I think you should probably go to this gym.
It has a variety of classes; the emphasis is on strength and conditioning through HIIT and circuit training, with different classes focused on different muscle groups or methods.
The owner/managers, Gary and "Bam" (Santina), are ever-present, dynamic, cheerful and informed. Lalaina Duncan, a current instructor as of this writing, is also unusually friendly and helpful.
The essential thing that I like so much about this place is that it really is both friendly/inclusive AND a spot where you can get a good workout. In my experience, it's hard to find commercial gyms that're both of these things; I'm not like a Gary, Bam, or Lalaina, but I work out a lot and it's annoying when a class feels soft or unfulfilling. That hasn't been a problem for me here--I took 2 "Ursus Fit" classes on my last trip to Hong Kong: one torched out my legs (in a good way); the other was a whole body circuit that was a fun, driving challenge. I also took a "Bear Camp" class that was a bit easier, but that might have been the day (or me) -- I have a lot of faith in these instructors.
And everyone's so nice. Relaxed and nice, and inclusive -- meaning there are all kinds of folks here, different fitness levels, but a nice spirit of seriousness still pervades.
They've built a good space and community here. You should go.
Amazing! 💪🏻
