  In my opinion not very solution focused and flexible. I asked them to help me to replace the screen of my notebook and of course i would pay in advance for the spare part but they regret because it does not fit to the rules of the global headquarter. It seems as it would be a big concern with a lot of complex processes. 2 stars because the replied very fast to my mails.

  I live in Hong Kong and my brother who is a photographer was visiting the city, he brought with him a hard drive with many photographs from more than 5 years ago, which were important for his work, he thought he would never recovered his photos but George did it!!He recovered all of the material , He did a spectacular job, very detailed, . highly recommended

  Mr. Wong really knows his stuff after 20+ years of experience - he immediately recognized the model my sick 10-year-old laptop and was able to power it up for the first time in years. Most importantly he was able to save my wedding photos that I had inexplicably stored only on the laptop's hard drive. His process and extremely detailed written reports also far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and highly recommend this service.

  Very professional approach on fixing my laptop. I was given an idea what might be the problem, how long to fix, and how much it could cost me.
  
  Also gave tips on care. In my opinion, George is very well-versed in his field of expertise and is highly recommended to those unsure where to get their computers fixed.

  Ripoff artists and scammers. I came with a specific diagnosis and request to back up hard drive and replace existing and was told "we don't accept others diagnostics".

  My Acer won't start even with a new charger. Totally hopeless. George checked it for me and found out, to my biggest surprise, that my charger is fake! He installed a new battery and a cheaper compatible charger. My laptop is working great again. Brilliant!
  
  He also showed me how to correctly shut down my laptop (touch window). I did not know that. Fortress guys should have told me!!!

  I used their service twice. They fixed my Toshiba without me losing the family pictures and Toshiba warranty. Then they helped erase my son's HP mini prior to gifting my nephew in Philippines. Both services were satisfactory at reasonable price. Always an enjoyable experience talking to George when picking up the laptop. It's rare to find a local computer guy who knows so much and speaks excellent English also. Highly recommended
