  A declared monument near the Tung Chung Public Pier. I went passed the monument where I was heading to a restaurant next to the public pier. The monument is not very noticable but it has the nice spot to overlook the Long Ping 360 cable cars and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

  東涌駅からここまで、歩いて約15分。
  駅からの道は、樹木の多い丘を上り下りしますが、道はコンクリートで整備されています。
  (私達が通った時には、前週の台風で折れた大きな枝が落ちていました。)
  
  海を見ながら19世紀の香港に想いを馳せるのに良いところです。
  埠頭と合わせて、空港へ行く前に小一時間散策しました。

  由逸東行來十五分鐘, 東涌地鐵站番山去也不過25 分鐘, 能看到大橋工程, 值得一遊。

  很寧靜的一片小草地，看日落不錯的地方。
  但這裡並沒有砲台.觀賞值不高。

  The ruins of an old Ch'ing dynasty gun emplacement and protective walls, access to which is sadly blocked by a fence most of the time, nowadays.
  
  An interesting remnant of Lantau's history and worth stopping by if you're in the area for a walk anyway, although not something I'd recommend someone go too far out of their way to see
