Either the 300 meter practice track or the 400 meter track available for public use, free of charge. Great and well maintained facilities.

International standard sports ground for free to all runners during the public opening hours. Great place for track training !

A nice indoor place for kids in hot summer. 1 hour per section with clean up in between. Should go earlier and wait, as number of people in each section is limited.

It's a big sports ground (rare in Hong kong), which has numerous showering booths, toilets, lockers, and you can rent table tennis rooms too! The two running tracks have a very nice environment, with lots of trees around and along the track.
