Steve and his team have helped me move 5 times in HK - each time with more stuff. You could not hope for a more competent, friendly, and efficient crew. In 5 moves, not a single item has been broken or misplaced. They work extraordinarily quickly and carefully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Steve and his amazing team were able to save our move from disaster!!! We signed up with originally with Crown Relocation but at the last minute they canceled our reservation with less than one week notice. As a family of five, you can imagine the scramble that put our family into. Crown cancelled on us at 7pm on a Friday night, Tradewinds was recommended to us by a friend on Saturday. By Sunday, all of the details were arranged. Steve and his crew were not only 100% professional, but they moved us with care as though it was their own stuff.
Steve runs a tight ship. His crew were like a well oiled machine communicating with us before and after the move to every detail. It’s clear that his team enjoys their job and are close friends too. They were smiling and laughing even at 9pm after three loads of their trucks. An extra shout out to Anne who packed and unpacked all of my kitchen stuff and even helped to stage my kitchen to be efficient and organized. Rarely do you find a business that has embedded values that just works - whether this be ownership, winning together or customer centricity, the experience we had was enriched as a result. I recently moved from Hong Kong to Madrid. Trade winds helped me pack in a very short period of time; because of Spain customs regulations we had to unpack and pack again and they were very supportive. Steve and his crew were efficient, organized, professional and very kind. As they say, Trade Winds makes moving a breeze!

Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with and very efficient with their service. Steve was very pleasant to communicate with from the start to finish of the project. If you have any special needs and arrangement, I'm confident that Steve and his team will strive to deliver! I can't imagine moving furniture all on my own and I'm glad that I've found Trade Winds - a true life saver!

Steve and the Trade Winds crew just finished our family's move. It was a long slog as we moved out of our home and into storage for a couple of months before moving in. However, the attitude of the crew made for as pleasant a day as one could hope for.
New walls weren't scratched, new floors unscathed.
They also win points for getting a piece of furniture into our home that I'm certain few crews would have even tried.
English was my language of choice but it was super helpful Steve was fluent in Cantonese to deal with the unexpected.

Steve and his team were outstanding in his promise and delivery. He showed up exactly on the time he said he would be there and quickly, efficiently, and with true care packed my belongings better than my grandmother would have. True service all the way through! One of my favorite parts is how Eco-sensitive they were, as they returned to pick up every single box and piece of packing paper that they had used in packing. 100% recyclable through appropriate re-use. Thank you Steve and Maria!!!

Trade winds gave us a very efficient, friendly service at a competitive price. The move was seamless from beginnng to end. We enjoyed the good humour of the lads but also the professional way in which everything was handled. We’ve moved both locally and internationally several times and have always been lucky, but trade winds for me were amongst the best because of the spirit they added to the move. I am very grateful to Maria and her team for making it so easy for us.

I recently used Trade Winds again for the 2nd time & again I found Steve & his team to be very helpful , courteous & efficient.
Everything from packing & safe transportation of your goods to good advice makes the removal job that much less painful.

Called Steve up about his donation & disposal services. He was very responsive, and very flexible about customizing what I wanted moved and thrown out. Awesome sense of humor as well (great for other fellow Americans in Hong Kong).

Trade Winds were excellent. All agreed times were met, responses to emails were prompt and the the service friendly. I was very impressed with the movers, they were very responsive to all requests and were always checking to ensure they were doing the job correctly.

Steve and his crew did a great job with my move at the end of October. It was the first time I had moved house in almost two decades, and from the initial quote to moving day itself the team was very responsive to all my questions and gave me good peace of mind about the move. Moving day itself went very smoothly. Packing up took about four hours and unloading and moving in three more. The team did a good job setting up my furniture and unpacking my kitchen. I would recommend Trade Winds for your next move

Terrible customer service. Repeated missed deadlines, lack of promised information - they didn't even bother giving me a quote. In the end I gave up and went elsewhere. Disaster.

I want to move a 2 seat sofa from Wanchai (10 mins drive) to the other side - im sorry to say i was told we are moving and you should call "steve" yourself.
i was trying to give YOU the business and after multiple phone calls (i initiated all of them!) i was told "we will call you back!. You never did!
Gogo van have given me a price in less than 3 minutes - i guess they wanted the business more than you.
