  Allied Pickford is very supportive and responsive until you accept their offer and give a deposit. After: Absolute silence.
  Unacceptable delays in shipment. Understood this was during COVID, but 2 1/2 months and still no shipment in. Friend who used Crown had its shipment in less than a month. Absolute horrendous service.

  Your company came to move my boxes on July 20, 2021, with the awareness that I was no longer in the country, but I had a colleague representing me. Your representatives opened all my boxes, left behind a lot of my belongings. I understand you the shea butter, black soap, and maybe food items. But what I do not understand is my sciatica pain medications, my supplements, and my Mary Kay beauty products left behind. These products in total cost me over USD 2000.
  Does China law stated that people should not bring in their prescribed medications, supplements, and their beauty supplies? Please, I need responses to these questions.

  Awful packing, no care taken at all. Broke my coffee table glass then claimed it was my fault and that the floor was slipper. Refused any responsibility!!!!
  
  Service has been awful and they’re not even a cheap company to use.
  
  Trust me, avoid these guys, absolute jokers. The management company is even worse. Got a notification that my goods are still in HK after two months after they were picked up after having been charged extra money for shipping!!!! Apparently they can't ship the goods until they get all the relevant customs documents even though it takes 35 days for the goods to arrive!!!! Not to mention that the management coordinator never even mentioned this until i asked what the ETA was. Who does that???? Absolute joke!!!!!

  Overall very good. Starting with the surveying visit. Very professionally done by Thomas, including visiting our new site to check access etc. Before giving a quote.
  Paperwork was clear, prompt and queries dealt with quickly. Move team was fast! A little too fast to keep up with in terms of unpacking but they knew what they were doing ! Nothing broken /damaged including a lot of glass. Thank you !

  It was very well coordinated with Robert Baluyut, Kim Bates and Scott (unloading mover). With the exception of a slight billing challenge it was all alright. Thanks again.

  Used Pickfords for a move from Hampshire UK to HK. Insisted on them at both ends - no subcontractors. Very happy. Good professional teams at both ends. About 5 weeks door to door. Minimal damage. Nothing of consequence. Would recommend. Far better than our last move with Crown.

  Allied Pickford - The CareLESS Movers.
  
  Allied Pickford moved our things from HK to LA. When disassembling my dining room table, they lost screws that held the table together and damaged a joint.
  
  Now, my table is left unassembled and has been for almost a month. I just found out yesterday that despite paying over HKD 5000 in insurance, they will neither take responsibility for the mistake or arrange to have the table repaired or fixed.
