Everything is good except the air-con is not strong enough, but they have electric fans so you won't feel the heat is unbearable.

Food is good but they did nothing with the heat after request after request of a fan or an umbrella to be provided. We’re a group of 60+ people for lunch between 12:30-2pm.
Staff are pleasant apart from one!

We were a group of 11 of different nationalities and we booked over the phone we arrived there at sunset, location and view are fascinating fresh air with the clouds close to you , restaurant staff were closing the outdoor area claiming that wind may lead to some issues with the trees which was not clear enough for us. food is of good taste like butter chicken other menu items may be not that good waiters need to speak better English overall experience is nice

Love going there as it is a unique place, lot of history, fantastic view but terrible service. First served in a table of 10 is already finished when the last guest is finally served.

Lucky to be able to find a table without booking.
Ordered the chef’s recommended Hanan-chicken rice. It has garlic in the rice; rather unexpected. Personally, I don’t like it.

I have been at the cafe twice! 2012 & 2016, the first visit was amazing! The food was so fresh and delicious! The past time I visited , I was very disappointed. I was treated with poor service was disappointed in our food, it was awful and the waiter disrespectful. First time I ever felt that way traveling in another country, Usually in Hong Kong, it’s transparent and warmly inviting.
Back to my first trip in 2012, it was a great restaurant and that’s why I wanted to go back.
The building has rustic charm, you can dine alfresco, the patio is beautiful with white linen covered tables, flowers growing everywhere, trees light up with tiny lights. Quite a treat!
The price was expensive for the US dollar,
Would I go again? I’m not sure, there are so many other wonderful places to dine in Hong Kong. I certainly would not want to have the experience again that I had in 2016. That may have been just a bad night for the waiter.but, we did not feel welcome to dine there. Maybe our attire was not correct for the evening dining? No sure, will I be back ?

I was here three years ago and seem to remember being quite happy with the experience. Not this time though. The welcome was lukewarm but the food was awful. From ordering to food arriving at the table was around 5 minutes. Clearly the food had been lying under heat lamps for a long time. The fish in my wife's fish n chips, sole allegedly, was dry and chewy and was encased in a batter that had the texture of soggy cardboard and tasted like it. The chips were sparse and wrinkled not fat as indicated on the menu. My risotto was glutinous and salty. Add to that the staff's keeness to move us along and all in all we had an experience to forget. In its favour, the location is fantastic, the beer cold and the wine palatable. But we won't return.

Great atmosphere and food selection, a good stop well visiting the peak. You would expect to see inflated prices because of the location but this is not the case. Guests are treated as they shouldhowever service is mediocre, but nothing to complain about.

Wonderful building and outdoor areas. Food a nice blend of English pub, continental, and asian. Well rounded menu, good wine selection, well stocked bar.

Long waiting lines for everything incl. Ieaving the premises and expensive to take a look from the tower. There are places where you can take a peek on the view from below the tower but they are few. The best thing there is not the view but a quite luxurious restaurant that is situated in a cottage looking house.

Lovely old historical cafe/restaurant with great ambience and views. Food is quite good at moderate prices.

Food was nothing to shout about but ambience made up for everything. Heard from a local friend that this is the oldest restaurant on the Peak and it shows through its charming decor.

This is a great spot for brunch on a nice Sunday when the weather is cooperating. The menu offers a lot of options, everything is tasty and the service is great. It’s also not as crowded or boisterous as a lot of the establishments in the nearby shopping center.

Superb terrace and atmosphere. Good variety of food and beverages. Tandoori salmon is exquisite. Not five stars because of the terrible service from the hostess.

Beautiful restaurant with view overlooking hongkong from the peak. Certainly seat outside because that's where you can enjoy the view.

The foods are tasty and the waiters are friendly.

Better than the restaurants in the other mall on the opposite side. Very romantic either indoor or outdoor seating. Menu with lots to choose from.

Adorable restaurant with beautiful outdoor balcony seating. I had the mushroom risotto and it was delicious. We also ordered the curry and I hear it is very good. Great ambience, excellent service, would recommend to friends.

Going at night when there's live music is a hidden gem, the pianist is very good. The food is decent not great but the setting is wonderful. Combining with a harlech trail is a great Sunday brunch option.

Great view, tasty food and kids friendly. The place would be even better with a more consistent level of service and a bit of update of the furniture and facilities.

Probably the best place to eat some good food at the peak. Good view from several of the outside tables. The service was fast and attentive. The food was good but not great. Not an option for those with a tight budget, but not very expensive either.

Amazing setup, huge terrace under trees, nice view. Could be the best restaurant in hk.
But its a shame both service and food are not great

Food was average, wouldn't recommend it for the price paid. But ambience was good, romantic and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Food was good but service was slow. And then they gave us the dessert menu very quickly, trying to get us out. Good decoration but no longer the restaurant that was.

We came here to sit outside and enjoy the view while we ate. The service was very sloweven when we got someone's attention she merely pointed at the person who was our server and continued on. The food was good, but not as expected. We ordered what we thought were salads but really only had some pickled veggies on the side or carrot/mango slaw on top. On top of that it is expensive. So all in all I'm still not sure if the food (once we got it) was worth the experience.

Stunning. Absolutely stunning scenery, 10/10. The service, not so much though. After we were seated it took a while for someone to take our order consisting of coffee, water, and a milkshake. The coffee came in 5 minutes, the water in 10, and 20 minutes after I ordered the milkshake, they told me that they were out of vanilla ice cream. No problem, I switched to chocolate. 5-10 minutes later it arrives. I'd give it a good 6.5/10. I don't think it was worth the wait, though. The menu of the restaurant looks quite nice, though, with plenty of options. The final bill was $174, which I think is a bit high concidering the service and end result we got.

Superb location, nice place and a mediocre restaurant. Aiming to cater to every taste, they offer too many options of tasteless food. It's a pity. I think they do it because it's mainly to one timers

Fabulous dining area for brunch. Too bad that it rained the night before so the outdoor patio wasn't open. Decent food with friendly staffs (much better experience than any other I've had in HK). Definitely the place for those seeking a piece of quietness in this hustle bustle city

Been coming here for decades. Atmosphere/decor amazingly romantic and gorgeous. Food is fine. Service is ATROCIOUS. We had not had ONE BITE of our starters before our mains were brought out. When I complained at the unrealistic speed of service, the waitress looked at me dryly and asked if I'd like to cancel our mains. Absolutely ridiculous.

Average food. Poor and chaotic service. Asked for salt, never came. Asked for crayon for kids twice, never came. Asked for 1 meal set for kid, 2 sets came. Asked for the bill 3 times, still waiting such a shame for a joint having such a unique and beautiful location, really could have done so much better.
