  八鯨料理的食物整體CP值高，當中的鵝肝多士特別出色，多士是沾上蛋汁的麵包造成，外脆內軟，鵝肝甘香而不見油膩，表面的脆脆麵包碎使整個多士的口感更有層次變化。其他食物整體也是上水準高。

  低调的日本料理店。本人不吃鱼生不敢评论，但熟料理用料上乘，制作用心，价钱不贵。尤其是午市。推荐鳗鱼饭，汁烧鸡扒，铁板餐，牛柳粒，几乎样样精品。
