"The future of Chinese food" as legendary Ferran Adria told about this place.
Price for lunch is quite affordable for a place of such level. Reservation is highly recommended. In terms of food, something was remarkable, something just good.

One of very renowned Cantonese restaurants amongst food gourmets. Well made & nicely decorated dishes. It’s steamed sea crab with yellow wine should be the best amongst HK peers. Of course, this meal would not be cheap but worth the money.

One of my favorite Cantonese fine dining restaurants & I will try to visit for every HK trip. Their smoked pigeons with long jing tea leaves & sweet & sour porks r must my must eat dishes. Friendly & attentive services & their staff speak good English too (unusual for Cantonese restaurants in HK). Must book in advance for popular time slots.

    Delicious, fine Hong Kong dining.

To start, we had the lamb in wrap - the seasonings and the pickled ginger worked wonderfully.

For mains, we ordered the beef, crab in Chinese wine, soy sauce chicken, and gai lan with preserved vegetables. Rice sheets absorbed the Chinese wine and were delicious!

We closed out the lunch with an almond tea. It was rich but not too heavy.

All in all, a much recommended spot for celebrations and a taste of fine Cantonese dining.

This is probably the best Canton restaurant in Hong Kong. Everything is cooked perfectly, the chef complements the flavors of the ingredients without over powering it. Most definitely worth the hype. Plus, the service is top notch!

Delicious food. Really great inventive cooking. Combines traditionalCantonese cuisine, delicate flavours with a definite flair, appropriating ideas from all around the world. There's no hint of anything gimmicky, expensive ingredients for there own sake. The menu is relatively small for a typical Hong Kong restaurant but that's probably because they try to preserve an intimate gourmand feel. The chef checks out the fish markets at dawn every day. All in all, a real gem, and very reasonably priced for what it offers. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being unctuous.

A modern touch on traditional Cantonese restaurant, in which every dish impresses, and is prepared with the finest ingredients. Sauces are often aged offering additional complexity and texture. Must have: spicy clams; razor clams; fried Japanese mushrooms; spare ribs; smoked duck; Chinese broccoli.

The decor is very miserable. However, the food is impeccable. They take the best ingredients and the food tastes extraordinariky. Staffs are very knowledgeable about their food. The customers mostly are locals and hardly seen any westerners. Prior reservation is a must. ( could be months ahead)

So so. Service not up to the price it charges. You will feel pressure to leave sooner than you want even there're no guests waiting outside.

One of my fave restaurants ingredients are always fresh & good quality. The owner believes that if he can't get the best ingredients for his dish, he would rather take it off the menu.
Flower crab in Chinese wine is excellent & so is the braised pork wif Mui-Choy. Yummie👍👍
Executive Set lunch is super value for money.
    Staff is courteous & friendly
