  Always fully occupied by students and parents, insurance agents, tourists, etc in the afternoon. Tables very small and crowded but the staff clean up the table quite fast.

  I am not big on coffee but the salads, sandwiches and baked food items are great. So are the hot chocolates.

  If you don't expect any service here, you will be happy to hanging here because it is a spacious coffee shop. Even though staff is enough to support quality service, they are slow or they don't care.

  Extremely unfriendly customer service!
  Arrogant staff, slamming the coffee and cake on the counter. No smiles, no thank you. And the place wasn't even 30% full.
  For the prices that Starbucks charges, you can do a lot better in other cafes and even get a proper ceramic cup. Well I don't need this kind of customer experience in the morning they should really teach their staff some basic manners!

  Pretty good and fast service here. I bought a souvenir mug, and they gave me a coupon for a free drink that I was able to use later, so that was pretty nice
