Love using the ferry to get across between Hong Kong Island & Kowloon. Basically not much waiting time, cheap & convenient. we have taken the same to other islands as well- Cheung Chau. Highly recommended!

Incredible views as you cross from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon (and other places). One of the best experiences of my trip and very inexpensive. If you are leaving the main island, I highly recommended you try this way. Have your camera ready as well!

Fast frequent services between central and Kowloon. Amazingly cheap price and the easiest way to see the city from the harbour.

A very simple but still great experience, the ride on a star ferry boat. Should be part of any Hong Kong itinerary.

A must ride/visit while in HK, for USD $.30 each ride you get to experience the old Hong Kong and imagine how it was in the good old days. There are so many photo ops of the famous HK harbor and skyline too😍. The ride is about 10 minutes long.
Do one ride during the day time and do another at night, you will be amaze.response / report this review -

Okay, the so-called 8:00 pm "light show" is obviously overrated. It's good but far from impressive. My experience shows, if you have visited one of San Francisco Bay, Eiffel Tower, or even Shanghai, this is skippable. Not worthy of 260 bucks for a cruise, I think.

The most economical way to cross the harbour. A must have experience in Hong Kong. Before the tunnels were constructed, ferry was the only means to cross the harbour.

One of those must-do items on every HK tourism list does not disappoint! The ferry ride is short, cheap, fun and provides spectacular views of the city and Kowloon.
