Always a long queue/ waiting time, doesn't matter what time during the day you come, counter service takes at least 20mins wait.
Machines outside (ATM and depositing), there is only one of each, and both respond very slowly.
Would not advise opening an account here if you plan on accessing the account through this branch.
HSBC which is right next door has plenty of self service machines, and I never see a queue for their counter service.
Nice staff members, just ashame the branch itself is so inefficient.response / report this review -
