ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Raja Fashions is a WORLD CLASS CIRCUS for operations. I'm amazed the suit fit. I credit the 80-year-old master tailor who did my measurement, suit, and fitting. Thank God for him. The tip off should have been when I saw he wasn't treated with much respect by the sales clerk, Shainee.

I ordered two 3 piece suits and two shirts worth over $1700 USD at the Hong Kong store. I was charged for 3 suits by accident by Shainee. Not an immediate issue but it took a month to resolve with multiple calls and excuses galore. A credit reversal on a credit card in 2018 isn't a multi-week endeavor. It took so long and was such a debacle, I cancelled the second suit and shirt. DODGY AS HELL.

At this point, I SHOULD HAVE RAN AWAY. Not needing the suit immediately, I delayed pick up for my next trip a couple months out. Regardless, the suit was finished much earlier in less than 2 weeks and was waiting for me. When I finally had time to pick up the suit, I called and notified Shainee a few days in advance and we had an agreed upon time and date. I asked for any clerk available. Lo and behold, the shirt is MIA and the the pants took some searching to find. Clearly, there was 0 prep. It was overlooked at best or done out of spite at worst. Also, at this point, I kind of doubt the shirt was even made. Thank God for the pre-fitting that I did in person, making a material swap for the suit unlikely. At this point, I just want the items I've ordered to close this ordeal. I'm told by the sales clerk helping me they can deliver the pants that need the break adjusted and the missing shirt. It's Sunday, so the sales clerk offers to have the pants and shirt delivered to my hotel in Shenzhen. Great, I clearly note that I plan to fly out Wednesday.

Tuesday night comes and nothing was received. Trusting no one, I called them 9:59 and 11:18 Wednesday morning when I still hadn't received my items. More confusion ensues and I am told they will be delivered today, Wednesday. I am also given the phone number of the delivery person. He confirms at 11:23 it will be delivered today. Come 19:00 Wednesday, nothing has been received at the hotel. I call both the delivery person and the store and more confusion ensues. I ask for the manager. There is a pause and contemplation. Conveniently, the manager is off at 19:00. The clerk tries to help but there is no apology (none expected or valued at this point), just confusion and denial of responsibility. The delivery person has promised the items for 20:30. They are received 19:49. I try the pants and the shirt. Amazed, I thank God the tailors know what they are doing despite Raja Fashions sales and operations staff. After over 8-10 long distance calls and way more effort and time invested than necessary, I finally have my suit and shirt. NEVER AGAIN.

Best tailor in Hong Kong. Incredible experience from start to finish. Raja is a skilled tailor and has treated me and my friends incredibly well each time I am Hong Kong

First time buying a custom made suit in Hong Kong. Mr. Ali helped me. Picked a nice fabric and got measured at 10am, first fitting at 4pm and suit delivered next day at 5pm and didn't even need a second fitting. Suit is outstanding and they styled it the way I wanted for a modern contemporary slim cut. The first fitting is cool as you are putting on pieces of cloth held together by tape and light hand stitching while they adjust the measurements. It's cool to see how a suit emerges from that!

Complete disappointment. High pressure sales, over priced and poor quality. In addition to that, excuse after excuse when asking for updates including tailor complaining and refusing to fix things. In the end get a clothing that is not as desired and wont wear.

Bought two suits and after 1.5 year the cuffs on the suit jacket starting coming undone. The sitching was terrible, I spoke to 3 local tailors and all of them told me the same thing - that the cuffs were not tagged properly. I went back to visit these guys at a local hotel in Canada where I made the purchase and Daswani started arguing with me that nothing was wrong - clearly if the sleeve cuff is coming a part something is wrong. He took the jackets, didn't fix anything, and sent them right back to me after 4 weeks. I complained and he offered me 10% off my next purchase - are you kidding me ? The problem is still gone unsolved. I highly suggest staying away from these guys. At least in Canada and US there are much better places to purchase from - like Spier & Mackay is phenomenal. Raja Fashion and Mr Daswani deserve 0 stars especially after arguing with me and doing nothing to fix the issue.

Bought a suit a few years ago and never got around to do the second fitting. Barely wore it because it was ill fitting, so while I was in HK I came into the store to get it fitted better, and after measurement they wanted to charge me hk$2000. Similar alterations were hk$250 at Pacific.

Nice to know some things never change.
Absolute rip-off, go anywhere else. Even places that charge half the price will give you a better fitting suit with better service.

Probably not a great supplier if you are looking for a high quality made to measure suit at a reasonable price.

I ordered two suits, after being measured up by them in London. I chose fabrics from about the middle of their price range for both suits and paid £450 for each suit. ( £450 in London would get you a high quality off the peg suit in a London high street shop like Austin Reed or TM Lewins). They said they would send the one suit well before the other to check its fits well before sending the second suit.

First suit arrived by post on time. I hung it up to straighten it out and then tried it on. The fit around the shoulders was one of the worst fits I have had from any suit, including off the peg - that by itself was not a problem because I knew they could improve the fit in a subsequent appointment. However I was very surprised at the low quality of delivery: the material seemed cheap and lightweight compared to even ordinary suits sold in the UK; the zip was lightweight and snagged easily; I could see threads coming out of the stitching in the suit. Overall it fell far short of being the premium product I had expected.

I emailed them to complain and try and cancel the second suit. Though they said they would "alter both the suits to your satisfaction" they refused to cancel the second suit, citing the reason that they had already bought and cut the material.

Nonetheless I went for a second measuring again in London to sort out the first suit's fit. I pointed out the problems with fit, which the tailor gruffly accepted but was rather abruptly told that threads coming out of stitching was to be expected in a handmade suit. I suggested paying more to get a higher quality material for the second suit, again I was rather abruptly and gruffly rebuffed, being told they already bought the cloth and cut it, so changing the material was absolutely not being entertained.

Overall a very disappointing experience - with a disappointing product and disappointing customer service - with a high price tag. I paid a premium price for two suits neither which I am happy with or look like premium suits. In terms of customer service, they need to be able to make the occasional small financial loss in order to keep a customer happy, but seem unwilling to do so.

Ordered a double breast tuxedo from a representative who was visiting Toronto, CA. I couldn't be more satisfied with the value, the quality, the craftsmanship and how quickly they delivered the item to me. I had two fittings before the tuxedo was ready, and it came out exactly how I expected it. Will contact them in the future I ever need more garments made.

Quality service, excellent advice and great attention to details. I would highly recommend Raja's to anyone in need of suits and shirts
I placed my order on Saturday and the first fitting was available on Monday. The fit has been excellent and the suit was priced reasonably.

I am new to Hong Kong as an expat, and I was searching for a custom tailor shop to make a few business dresses and blazers. I came across Raja Fashions on Cameron Road (30-32, TST Kowloon, 2nd floor) and I fell in love with their showroom!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lavish experience and great hospitality! The staff was helpful and eager to assist, as I sipped on some imported wine then some bubbly I ordered a few items in which was ready for my first fitting in 3 days!

Some minor alterations were needed thereafter but the overall fit was excellent. They also do custom suits and have a few designer Indian clothing on display too.
I definitely plan on ordering soon again.

    Disappointing.
Victims of their own success perhaps.
Got measured up here in the UK on one of their visits. All very slick. Good selection of fabrics. Expect to pay lots of £££'s if you want a really good fabric.
Waited 5 weeks for my suit, no word from Raja. Sent them a hurry up email. Sure enough,it arrived the next week via Fedex.
It looks like a rush job. They probably forgot about and banged one out quickly in mainland China.
It looks like I've slept in it. Very average fit. Surprisingly, trousers have absolutely no lining at all. Not sure if I can ever bear to wear it.
Gone are the days when you'd get a quality suit made by a qualified, bespoke tailor in Hong Kong.
Expect a rush job, knocked together in China.
Could of got a better quality suit off the peg from M&S for half the price.
The same could probably be said for all the tailors in Hong Kong. One upon a time, you would have got an excellent suit at a fair price. No longer.
