We are a group of 5 and had a table next to the large glass window overseeing the harbour which is really enjoyable view. The Chinese food here is really great freshly prepared, hot, nice ingredients, presentable and tasty. The coconut chicken soup and the abalone hot stone bowl rice were full of flavours. The dim sums were good too especially the dumplings and rice rolls had nice, sticky, chewy rice skin. Their egg tarts seemed to be something famous, but for this I'd say it's hot and fresh but nothing too special. Something that you can get too from a decent bakery out there, fresh out from the oven.
    Food, view are good.
Service, one female server wasn't responding to me politely, something without patience. That was disappointing so I'm not giving a 5-star.

We stayed at Grand Hyatt HK post cruise and my cousin strongly recommended this Chinese restaurant at the hotel. . We were here for lunch, seated on the balcony with lots of natural lights, ordered the dim sum garden which had 2 abalones and 6 dumplings, and also a fried rice flour rolls with XO sauce. All were excellent and perfectly cooked and presented. The XO sauce was a must try and the service was impeccable - my used dish vanished every 30 seconds and a new clean dish appeared. Definitely would recommend this place.

Lovely birthday lunch with family. We had a toddler and an elderly. The waitress arranged a large table with a high chair.

The view is stunning. There was construction out, but you could still see the Victoria Harbour, the Feeris Wheel, it was a beautiful view.

It was an expensive restaurant, but it was well spent, about HK$500 per head. All my family enjoyed it.

The Cantonese food is very delicious. Deep friend mushroom is a must try. We pre ordered the Beijing Duck, it was ok.

Since it is a birthday lunch, they offered steam birthday bun (壽包). The presentation was ok, nothing fancy. If you want really fancy birthday treat, the one I am nost impressed is Yan Toh Hin ay Intercontinental Hotel in TST.

Traditional Cantonese favorites served in a quiet and spacious atmosphere. Recommend a selection of BBQ meats and the signature Crispy Chicken. Impressive views of Kowloon and Hong Kong from the dining room. Expect to spend HK$900 per head, but the views and the execution of the menu is worth it.

Nice dimsum with great view of the harbour. Reserve in advance to get good seats. Taxi drivers will know it as part of Hyatt Hotel.

Well prepared traditional Cantonese. It will appeal to upmarket if service is more engaging.
