the space is super small (can't turn around if more than 3 shoppers are in) and the staff doesn't really seem to care to make a sale. they do have a lot of bearbricks and other collectibles (in display shelves, behind glass, can't touch, can't open) , so you might find what you are looking for - imho there are other better options for stuff like this in Mong Kok.
