Great customer service. Ive spent more than 20 minutes in the boutique educated by the team. Samuel helped me to learn more about the brand and ive got the opportunity to try plenty of good watches

Dianne was a superstar when it came to top notch customer service. I recently went in to inquire about my interest in a watch and even with masks on, she remembered me from over a year ago. Its rare that such care and attention to detail still exists. She offered me some great advice when i was looking for my first Patek. Although i'm still waiting, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to find your dream watch but here.
