great place for Chinese dinner. love the dinner more than the dim sum.
    cozy place.
with wine cellar recommendation to make your dinner wonderful.

    as usual as good quality.
the side dishes, the soup and the main courses are tasty.

suitable for small group. each dish not very big.

Very good Dim Sum selection. Food is good and a reliable restaurant for lunch and dinner. A little pricey but you pay for a nice ambience and attentive service.

The service was good not excelent but still the best we have recieved in HK. The food we chose was simple but very well done elegnt in its simplicity and

Top notch Chinese dishes in town! We ordered fried egg white with prawns, baked crab meat with cheese, iberico pork in black vinegar sauce all are exceptionally delish. Very decent atmosphere and caring service. Love it.

Came in for lunch with a high expectation. Dimsum was good but I would expect more for a Michelin star restaurant. Lunch service was way disappointing though. The waiter who took our order was very impatient and not helping. They seemed to be under-staffed. Not only us but customers from other tables also had a hard time getting attentive service.

Great ambiance, great service, fantastic food, top quality taste and an unforgettable experience.

Char Siew is the best I have tried, with tender meat and accurate seasoning.
Crispy chicken is extremely crispy on the outside and still juicy and tenser on the inside.
The fried lotus roots which comes with the chicken is extremely well done as well. Once you eat one, it is quite impossible to stop.
Poached baby cabbage is light and refreshing. I can imagine some foodies with preference for stronger taste to call this dish as a little blend, but it is still good for my taste.
The sprimp paste fried rice has a strong seafood taste but is light with the salt. For foodies who prefers a more salty approach, i will strongly recommend for them to ask for the restaurants XO sauce. They are certainly heaven's match.
Jelly dessert was given free during dinner for hotel guest. Usually free dessert would not be high quality, but this is an exception. The jelly cakes are amazing. Just take a look at the photos.
Almond paste with egg white is also very Good, especially for people who loves almond paste.

    My 2 cents worth

For such a expensive price, the food was not at all worth it However the service was great Bbq pork had way too much fat. Stylish place though

Good quality food as expected from a Michelin 2 Star establishment. Some food I tasted were a bit bland, likely because my palate requires some more seasoning - nothing a bit of sauces can't fix, but that's blasphemy to the chef no? ;)

Good food and good service, especially for those foreigners. It's a cosy place together with expensive price. At least $500 per head for lunch and $700 per head for dinner.

Very fine Chinese food but best to dine in 3 person or up. The portion is big and I found it a bit difficult to order with 2 persons. The dessert was the highlight and very interesting dining experience
