Very bad hotel. My husband not get fed regularly. He fading away. Why you not have any french champagne on menu. He does not drink Australian sparkling wine. We stay elsewhere in future. Your chauffeur service from San Yin Pun very loud. Why does it have sirens? I a platinum member of your rewards program. I cancel membership and stay elsewhere.

Very nice hospital, both for outpatience and maternity visits. They could do a better job managing the waiting time - you call them and they say they have a doctor for you in 5 minutes, you rush to get there in time and then you wait 1h. Not OK.

I couldn't have asked for a better way to welcome our first baby into the world. Matilda hospital is both incredibly beautiful and full of the most amazing staff. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Kenneth Alexander Doo. He is a true hero in my eyes.

This hospital is all about money, didn't refund the guarantee after 4 Months because of misunderstanding between the insurance and their office. Forced us to stay 4 hours in the lobby for payment issues with the insurance, still because of misunderstanding and bad job done on their side. We went for a check-up for our baby, probably gastro enteritis, they started to do bunch of exams, without telling us the cost and the necessity. It finished with an invoice of 35000HKD for one nightit is just a robbery they are quick to take your money but don't expect them to refund on time! I am thinking about legal actions

Nice rooms with spectacular views. Can update their amenity kit with higher end toiletries for the prices.

My experience at the Matilda was beyond amazing. First of all I would like to thank Dr. Gary Cheung for his wonderful care. He has made sure I am fully recovered and followed my case like no other doctor I have ever met. His level of professionalism but at the same time his genuine care entail all the characteristics of an amazing doctor. All the nurses at Matilda are also lovely and gentle. Although being in hospitals is never fun, the staff of the Matilda made my experience memorable. I recommend this hospital to anyone that has the opportunity to go. They truly make you feel like a patient by offering you the best care possible and not simply a number. Thank you for everything
