  Zero stars but had to put at least one
  If you have four hours to spare to open a simple account and have inattentive staff refusing to answer questions, come to this branch.
  
  Not only are the staff idle and freely taking their lunch and tea they are also extremely racist. They turn off their numbering system board and choose their customers based on COLOUR.
  
  零分，過分地耐既等候時間。服務態度差，不夠經驗，不肯回答問題。而且有時間喝茶，吃午飯。2018年5月11日種族歧視，選擇客人

  bad experience!! waiting 90 minutes in line while staff was charing and drinking tea. zero motivation - very bad HSBC branch.

  There are lots of ATM machines available to withdraw the money. At late night, you might see some people sleep on the floor of the ATM area.

  the worst experience so far with any bank till date i have dealt with, initially told 14 days account will be ready, now it is more than a month and still saying some background check leftcommon man do your background check firstbank with no value and no value to their customers

  Staff at this branch range from utterly useless to mildly incompetent. Even when there is only a short que the most basic admin takes ages. Use another branchor I hope you have better luck!
