H&M Mong Kok Store

  Men do not waste your time at this store. There is a very scarce selection for you to choose from and strangely this includes having no pants stocked. Furthermore the location comes complete with seemingly clueless staff, whole selections available in only one size (small, in case you're wondering), spiralling lines and disorganised distribution of product. This location should be renamed to something like 'H&M ladies market', for it is far from flagship store standards.

  It is one of the largest h&m store in hong kong but it is too crowded so usually a long line for fitting.

  Crowded, chaotic, badly organized, the staff could do little to help as there are way many people all day long
  
  Go to other branches like those in Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill, Megabox, Kowloon Bay etc.

  I enjoyed shopping here. The staff work quickly to keep it tidy and the line at the cash went by pretty fast. They're friendly. I was satisfied with my purchases.

  Can get pretty crowded as it's next to a metro stop and has AC but I found what I was looking for. Had a pretty good selection, can't compare it to others in HK.
