Was in Hong Kong for 5 days and decided to get a suit and a few shirts while I was there. Happened across Empire International Tailors and all of their positive reviews while I was researching, and decided to pay them a visit. I’m so thankful that I did so, as the entire staff there was very helpful and amazing to work with. I ended up with a couple of suits and they look and fit great. I’m not sure when i’ll be able to get back to Hong Kong, but i’ll keep an eye out for their trunk show when they come to the States.

Was in Hong Kong for a week attending a wedding and figured I'd look at getting a custom made suit for my own. Read all the great reviews and decided to give them a try. The entire Empire team was quick and efficient, and I was able to get a suit made in 3 days. They had a very wide variety of fabrics/colors and additional services (lining color, functional buttons, hand stitching, etc) to choose from.

They gave advice on what length/cut would look good which was great. The suit definitely fits better than an off the rack suit I had purchased and tailored, and for almost the same price. Will definitely order from them again if I ever need additional suits.

Best tailor I have come across and I have tried a few in HK and other countries. The price versus quality ratio is very reasonable and you don't have to worry about knock off Chinese fabrics. The fitting process is efficient and they make quite a good effort to ensure your suit and shirts are to your liking. Friendly staff. Happy to have found my go to spot!

One of Hong Kong’s must do’s!
When one goes to Hong Kong, they think of a bespoke tailoring service. The problem lies with choosing the tailor. When you walk down Nathan Road, you are bombarded with salesmen trying to sell you this service and it is overwhelming. However, the crew at Empire Tailors made the experience a real pleasure.
I had researched a lot of places and decided to try Empire Tailors because of all the great reviews I read. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with great and personable service from Nick and Andy. I had never had a proper suit before and I had no idea what style or material to choose, however Nick and Andy’s fantastic knowledge and huge selection of materials and styles helped in choosing a classic suit that will never go out of style.
I was in Hong Kong for 7 days and the suit process took around 5 days with two fittings. The fittings are a very enjoyable process as you are treated with your choice of drink. My dad was so impressed that he ended up getting two suits made! The other great thing about Empire Tailors is that all your measurements are kept and if you ever need anything from abroad there is a communication process - they send you samples of materials and specific styles. Next, you choose what you like and the suit is made to your measurements and sent to you! They also do international tours where they will come visit your country. They are coming to Melbourne next week and I’m booked in to get a suit and shirts made.
If you intend on getting a suit made whilst in Hong Kong, don’t over complicate the process – there are an abundance of choices, but you can’t go wrong with these guys!

Empire was professional, friendly, efficient and good quality at a reasonable price.

We were looking for a tailor to make a couple of suits while passing through Hong Kong and weren’t sure who to choose. Empire came recommended and I’m happy to say that the experience lived up to that recommendation.

The suits look great with a wide choice of styles and fabrics. The fittings were relaxed and kindly tailored around our schedules while we were in town, particularly as we needed a short notice follow up for our second fitting. I’m happy to pass on the recommendation to others.

I was looking for a new suit whilst passing through Hong Kong en route To Australia. The team at Empire Tailors were professional and efficient from the moment I walked in the door; their attention to detail was notable and they accommodated me at short notice during my limited time in the city. Now en route back through Hong Kong and I’ve just been to collect my finished suit and I’m delighted with the end result; top quality and fits perfectly. From the moment we walked in, we were provided with excellent service by Nick. We were only in Hong Kong for a few days and over the Christmas holiday so made sure to e-mail ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate our appointment. Nick worked around our schedule and made sure we had time for two fittings before we left.

The quality of the suit and sport coat I received were great, and they certainly lived up to the hype and reputation. The prices are reasonable for the quality and they are they give you the ability to customize for whatever price range works for you. Highly recommend Empire, and I will be certainly be using them again in the future.

What a wonderful experience. Between the multiple fittings to ensure the perfect fitting and the wonderful personality of Andy, I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is in need of a custom fit suit. If your a person who cannot wear a suit off the hanger this is the only business I would recommend. They also do not assault you on the street corner. No gimmicks here only truly amazing quality.

Fantastic service!

Following a recommendation from a colleague I had two suits and three shirts made which all fitted perfectly with quality fabric. The staff Nick and Andy were very helpful with providing advice but leaving the final decision up to me. Quick turnaround, excellent service and a quality product leaving me very satisfied as a first time bespoke purchaser. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I was in Hong Kong recently, I did a lot of research prior to going and asked the locals and this was the place to go. Unlike every other tailor in HK, you are not hassled by them and you feel comfortable. As soon as I walked in I was offered a beer and we spoke price. The negotiations were fair and I knew I was getting a good product. They encourage 3 fittings and I can strongly suggest it, don't rush the process and try and have at least 4 days up your sleeve. My final product is amazing and with my height it is impossible to get a perfectly fitted shirt or suit off the rack. I will be ordering from them in the future without hesitation.

Very good service and selection of fabrics. They take enough time to advise and help on design and fabrics so that I never felt rushed. Empire Tailors were extremely accommodating around my schedule which meant I was able to have my first fitting within 2 days.
The suits fit very well, best I ever owned. Overall very good quality at reasonable prices.

Excellent quality suiting, possibly the best at any price point offered. The fabric is of impressive workmanship, very carefully selected. This wide range of fabric choice left me rather lost, however the tailors have impeccable taste in matching and provided excellent suggestions. I was in Hong Kong for just under a week, but scheduling times for fittings was extremely easy and entirely to my advantage.

The attention to detail and pride in service is outstanding and was ultimately the reason for a 5-star review. When in Hong Kong, one is often pestered unrelentingly by street sellers hawking shabby goods, replete with promises of the finest suits - do not trust them, I would wholeheartedly recommend Empire International Tailors to anyone.

This was the first time I had ever been custom fitted for a suit and it was a great experience. It was very quick and the tailors and employees all new exactly what they were doing. Their shop is extremely well maintained and there is a huge selection. The process of making the suits themselves were very quick and easy. We were only able to stay for three days in Hong Kong and they had them made in two days time. Would totally recommend. Much better quality of a shop compared to the other tailors around the area.

I ended up getting a classic navy suit and they do every single detail perfectly. Great fit and am very happy.

As good as it gets, multiple fittings, large choice fabrics, high quality workmanship that isn't rushed through.

Great Experience with no pushy street pimps in your face giving you a hard time. Very clean and professional shop front and fitting rooms that feel like a bespoke service.

Empire International was recommended to me from a contact who lived in Hong Kong and the guidance did not disappoint. These guys provided great service and most importantly, a superior product. The suit they made fits phenomenally and the craftsmanship and quality are apparent just in looking at it. The entire process was enjoyable; they offered advice but were open to whatever, I, the customer wanted. Also noteworthy is the turnaround time to make the garment. I needed it within a 5 day window and they delivered. I will echo the recommendation I received and say that these are the guys to go see if you're looking for bespoke suits or shirts in Hong Kong. I will definitely be having them make more items for me.

Spent nine days in Hong Kong and went here on day one. The staff walked me through their process and let me take as long as I needed while I sampled fabrics for suits, sport coats and jackets. The gentleman attending to me patiently provided advice and helped me select some great patterns. They asked me to come back in a few days for an initial fitting.
The first fitting went great, and the staff continue to solicit my input on small details like sleeve width and trouser break. They offered advice, but also listened to what I wanted; when I asked for a higher waist on the trousers they suggested what was normal but still let me make the call in the end.
They had me come back a few days later for the final fitting where they presented me with completely finished suits and shirts. The final product was everything I hoped for: Beautifully cut, exactly as I asked for, I've never had finer garments. The workmanship is excellent and sturdy, with exceptional attention to detail. All of my shirts also came out beautifully, trimly cut but comfortable. I've been wearing my new suits and shirts since I got back and I've got numerous compliments, and I absolutely adore everything.
The pricing is definitely higher than some of the other options, but I feel confident that I got an excellent value for the the quality of the workmanship, the great selection, the very patient and professional service and quick turnaround (From start to finish I had 12 shirts and three of my six suits in six days). Compared to getting the work done back in the US, or even buying good off-the-rack brands, Empire was a great value and great results. Sending another friend there next month and wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I live and work in Hong Kong and have been looking for a good tailor for sometime. I have spoken to many of my colleges and spent quite a bit of time looking around for the right one (because there are so many!!) and all roads tend to lead to Empire International Tailors.

I couldn't be happier with outcome and service provided by Empire International Tailors. Super Quick and amazing quality. After doing my last fitting I left the shop wearing my custom made waist coat and shirt. They feel amazing.

There's a reason why everyone I spoke to recommended this tailor. I will definitely go back for more.

I had limited time in Hong Kong, so wasn't sure whether I would be able to purchase tailored clothes, but Empire were happy to oblige! I was measured on day 1, had the initial fitting on day 2 and picked up the finished items as I passed back through Hong Kong 2 weeks later. When I tried on the finished items, the jackets were just a little tight: within 2 hours the adjustments had been made and the clothes I took away are a perfect fit.
The whole process was very professional from start to finish. Andy was very helpful in advising on style and cloth choices; there was no pressure to increase my order or make unwanted " upgrades"; I was given time to consider what I really wanted; there was great attention to ensure that each item was just right.
I am delighted with my purchases. The quality and finish is superb and the price offers excellent value. Highly recommended!
