Everyone I've dealt with at Best Friends went above and beyond for us. It's not every vet clinic that welcomes a 90 lb. dog with serious vet aggression but they would always find a way to make it work. Brad gives you all the info and spends as much time as is necessary. I never once felt rushed out the door. The techs and nurses are as caring and professional as Brad and when I moved from Sai Kung to Tuen Mun, I continued to bring my dog all the way back here because when you find the best vet in town, well, you keep going back.
