  This is one of the worst bank that I have used for getting money out. It does not tell you any information of why your card is rejected. The Bank of East Asia that is next to it is much better as it explained about the fee and daily allowance for the ATM so you know what amount that you can withdraw.

  Very unprofessional service. Original associate that we went to to open a bank account did not know anything and had to call another associate. They had blank stares and a very unwelcoming attitude. They seemed very lost and could not find everything (papers, etc.)
