Definitely classy, well executed, freshest ingredients, always delighted to be back at Caprice, unlike some other hotel restaurants where the stars are only felt when receiving the bill.

Nice food & excellent service.
Waiter and waitress are nice, they explain details on our dishes. They are cheerful as well.

Just Asparagus soup and Brittany Sole are a bit salty. Other than that, everything is good! Desserts are great especially cheese cellar 😋

Good lunch place for chatting with good friends during weekend.

One of the best and one of my personal favorite restaurant with great view. Excellent service, and super delicious dishes Love the cheese selections in particular
All dishes are truly delicious with beautiful presentation. Truly an enjoyment to eyes and taste buds. Always have great time at every visit. Definitely recommended to travelers and the locals.

This was our 3rd visit here. With Michelin two stars, we are always pleasantly surprised. The restaurant, of course, elegantly decorated, fantastic services, harbour views. Most of all, every dish was beautifully set, eye pleasing, deliciously tasting! High CP, definitely!

Great food presentation but I expected more than that. The service staff were friendly but interrupted us too often. I felt they were too close, pointing ☝️ 👉at the food on my plate 🍽

A disappointment, given 3-stars here only because we remember it being good way back when. This time however a real disappointment worthy of only 2-stars.

Food was overly salty, uninspired and all 'wishy-washy' foam over substance. Three guests of which 2 had previously dine here before said this was no good.

Not sure why but they are losing their mojo.

Calling for a reservation for lunch doesn't seem to work as well as showing up and them telling you they had a last minute cancellation. Excellent set lunch with some interesting fusion takes (Chef does a jazzed up version of an old Singaporean hawker dish called laksa and while surprisingly good , the thought of getting the equivalent dish at 1/10th of the price and 3 times the size in Singapore may annoy some of you) attentive yet unobtrusive service a great gem of a place once you get past the Michelin star attitude

My best dining experience in Hong Kong. From food, ambience to service. Me and my husband are both vegetarians and they prepared a special meal for both of us. It was my birthday dinner and they got delicious desserts with candle for me. Absolute class! Must visit!

My lunch-main course was too salty. I expected more from the two stars Michelin restaurant though. The view and atmosphere is nice. The service is just okay if comparing with the two stars Michelin restaurant I went in London. Anyway, the complimentary was good, good service mind. I gave only three stars because the reputation of the restaurant is very high, but it wasn't go together with the experience I got.

Wonderful views, stunning food and good service. Why only 4 stars? Because I felt it wasn't an amazing experience, it was excellent but I have been fortunate to go to many places that were faultless, and this experience was lovely and i'd still recommend it, but I preferred the Principal in HK and the price here was similar to Eleven Madison Park in NYC - but not as good. So has to be 4 stars.
