This store is not close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, but conveniently located inside the Harbour City, so it is very good for shoppers there. Because of the high volume traffic, its stocks are replenished regularly, and many special promotions of global exotic products are often held here. Always love to visit and shop at this store, even though I don't like the crowded atmosphere. Love this place!
I was in your express queue trying to pay for a pack of Spanish ham when I encountered a person in front who had more than 10 items and held up the queue.
When the main queue called for people to move forward, I looked behind and there were no one. So, when someone behind me asked me to move forward to the main queue, I did.
This was when a person in the queue called out loudly and claimed I hadn't queued up. The cashier refused to even scan a single item for me when I told her I had been in the Express queue.
She just told me to go queue in the Express queue again, admonishing me for not joining the right queue.
This is terrible service and inflexibility on your behalf. I was just holding a single item and I had queued up. In fact I only moved forward when someone called to move forward in the main queue.
Why couldn't the cashier have just applied commonsense instead of assuming I'm from China and being nasty about it? I'm from Singapore, by the way, and I've noticed this behaviour ostensibly targeted at people they believe are from China.
Shame on you. And unfortunate that I had already spent $1,780 on a bottle of wine at your wine counter earlier. Horrible experience and I'm going to share this to friends to avoid your store in future.
Great place to buy imported items that are hard to find elsewhere.
Overall this City super has a pretty good selection. The one downside is that it’s not very close to a taxi stand so your limited to the amount of groceries you can get.
Wow. A must stop for anyone looking for a great selection of food.
A very large store with many imported food. Great shopping experience
One of the widest selections of groceries imaginable (a lot of it are imported goods). Free sample galore. Prices are on the higher end but you can get a good deal here and there. Worth searching for this place inside the ginormous mall.
Weekend is always packed.
Expensive but no choice. They have lots of imported items which is hard to find elsewhere.
Great salad and raw food bar. Love buying snacks here.
Unbelievable get the lowest price on my black bean soy after I visited other store or even Kowloon City
Foods are reliable
Always a pleasure. I can find most anything I need here, just at an upcharge sometimes. Great beer selection!
Located on top floor of habour city. You can find fresh food, fruit, snack and grocery. Not a large scale supermarket.
CitySuper is a great place to shop high quality food. This branch is crowded and a bit more expensive than the shatin branch.
A little bit hard to get a taxi from this city super but it's not as crowded as the one in central with the same great selection. I prefer the one in central but both stock the same great selection
very wide selections of imported and good quality fresh ingredients in this supermarket.
It's a super-premium grocery store that has a habit of hiding expired goods mixed in with the normal stuff. Overall, I like the concept, but feel they should replace the stocking manager, and fire all the people trying to trick customers into paying premium prices for expired food.
Wide variety of stock at reasonable prices. Helpful staff. Convenient for public transport.
