Quite dissapointed with the service..my car was misfirimg and Went there to do the servicing of my car and did aswell however they told me they changed the sparkplug of my car and charged me accordingly. But never fixed the misfiring problem. Then i went to another mechanic and told the same problem . he checked the car and took out the spark plug and found the sparkplug was faulty . i told him i changed it recently and paid $250 for 1 sparkplug and $1000 for 4. He laughed at me and said the spark plug was never changed.. i got cheated and paid for nothing.never ever going there again..

Worst after sales customers service, the car was fine before purchase two days later into driving it then dash board lights started popping up, with gear box malfunction light constantly popping up. Called and they didn't respond after two weeks and saying all cost and service will be on me because the car is older than 5 years therefore there is no warranty.
They fix the car up just enough for test drives anything after that is on you.
Do not buy from these guys they are pure scam.

Poor service. It took me >2 weeks for booking. At the end, they are not able to fix the keyless issue after 2 visits and i left my car for them almost 2 weeks! This is a 2 years car!

poor! needed to wait two weeks for an appointment on an annual service, took them three days to finish a standard service! A new problem right after the car was collected and took them five days to order the parts and two more days to fix the problem. You would expect them to check the car thoroughly before handing back to you so I am disappointed with their service.

Audi make good cars and give good service when you are buying from them. But don't expect anything if you are selling back to them. They asked me to give them first refusal if I ever wanted to sell my TT. But when I did, they didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me with a quote despite several phone calls and emails.
