Absolute terrible service. Men here do not brush their teeth, prepare to be greeted by disgusting old men who touch you. After purchasing my car here, the staff refused any information on problems about the engine. My 2010 Audi A3 broke within two weeks of driving. Do not come here. Buy your car elsewhere.

I advise anyone contemplating buying a car from Vincent Motors in Hong Kong to reconsider. I bought an Audi car from this group, I had the car for 1 week in which time the engine blew up and left me stranded. Vincent Motors refused any support. I took the car to a private garage who informed me the engine block had a significant crack prior to the engine closing down. When addressed with Vincent Motors they refused any acceptance and refused any support. I received no response to phone calls or emails. I went to there office in Tin Hau and was laughed at by the owner of the business. With the above in mind I strongly suggest that you do not engage. Vincent Motors are in my opinion a disgrace.
