The go to destination for Apple fans. Beautiful 3 floors inside the IFC mall. Service staff provide excellent help. The sales staff is always great as well

This apple store is awesomely bigger than most in the US with 3 storiess of space, with retail on on level and genius bar on a different floor. So many people inside looking and buying and waiting for repair. A battery replacement for my old iPhone 6 took about 3 hrs to get done under the low cost (228 HKD) replacement program of 2018. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. A place to visit if an apple fan.

Very impressed of the shop itself and staffs are well trained. Many staffs are always pleased to serve and answer your questions. They are helpful and friendly. A variety of products are display and are able to try.

A note for those that do mind a 5 minute wait (or browsing the store until a sales person becomes available) - google maps has an amazing estimate of the peak hours of this store; use this information or apply the rule of thumb - it’s super busy when people get off work and during the lunch hour ;)

Lovely spacious mall between central in admiralty and the harbour. Lots of high end shops and places for high tea and cake and coffee. Also a cinema (not tried). Apple store on three floors with views to the harbour and east end of the island absolutely rammed with customers?!

Not only do they screw over their stupid loyal customers by deliberating slowing down the older models, these same customers are treated with arrogance and contempt when they try to line up to get their system and battery checked. The joke is on us for buying Apple.

Bought a mac. But I wanted a cover for it since I didn't want to walk around with it exposed. Even after I paid for it, 5-6 of the staff members scrambled to look for the original box for me. Great place, great staff members.

Worst experience of my life. They were extremely unprofessional, the DELETED me all my pictures of my phone. Staff's english is very poor, as is their knowledge of IT and respect for people. HATED IT

It is a pretty standard Apple Store but it is in a pretty iconic location at the IFC. It is also featured on Apple's support site and stuff so yes its pretty iconic. I would say the service is up to standard. You expect great service from the Apple Store and mine wasnt exactly bad so yea. It was a bummer that they dont really stock up on the Apple Watch bands though. They have a really limited selection of Apple original accessories on display and they do not have in store collection as a pickup method which is annoying. But hey at least it looks nice.

Extremely crowded at all times. Go early if you would want to visit leisure for the view. Else I would recommend you go other apple store in HK

Looks are decieving here, the place was packed and I wanted to buy an iPad. Within a second, I had it figured out that 95% of the customers were just there without much desire to make a purchase. The staff was free and very efficient. Quickly bought my iPad and left feeling good about everything. Great views from the store, and a good overall experience. Would buy here again. Edit: I had them send me my receipt by email, and it did end up in my spam folder.

Very clean and busy Apple store. There's many people as well as representatives here. Even though we didn't book an appointment, we were able to get someone to help us in 10 minutes. They also won't kick you out after the appointment, so feel free to charge your phone/device and use it afterwards.

Very creative shopping environment , near waterfront of central business area. Friendly staffs in causal ware are helpful. Feel free to find any of your apple products on huge display table. Good demonstrations of how to use devices for any one just walk in the mall.

Spacious Apple store with a large variety of newest Apple products. Good price and excellent quality of the articles. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Shop can sometimes be pretty crowded, especially during evenings and weekends, resulting in long waiting times and queuing at the entrance.

A well know Apple Store in the country. Very busy most of the time with lot of people trying out new gadgets. Lot of products on display and one can try using them. Very friendly staff who always help you with what you need. Spacious as it if I am not wrong 3 floors. This store is probably one of the most clicked/photographed store as it looks very appealing from overhead bridge adjacent to it.
