For many years, A1 had been my favorite bakery. The tuna buns and various specialty breads were always part of my weekly purchases. A few times a week, lunch was soup and the A1 pork chop bun. Unfortunately, the quality of most products from the Tsuen Wan store has fallen to such a very low level that I will no longer be a customer. Tuna buns have so little tuna inside. The pork chop buns are no longer edible as every one of the last four purchased are filled with more fat and gristle than meat. Pieces of what appear to be plastic have been found in the blueberry muffins. Yesterday my wife purchased a couple of ham and cheese buns which both had hairs inside. I hope you will correct the quality issues before this outlet looses its' patronage.
