  I recently moved to Residence Bel-Air and really wanted a deep professional clean prior to moving in. Upon a google research as well as a recommendation which came through a friend's friend, I chose KoreanClean for the job which was quoted to be 7000HKD including cleaning the mattress, washing machine and tumble dryer. I started moving in the day after the clean and I found pretty much ALL AREAS to NOT have been cleaned properly. A few examples, the sockets on the wall were untouched and had dust piled up around the socket edges just as you would typically find after a major refurbishment. The fridge (both outside and inside), kitchen wall panel, dishwasher had dirty water marks all over. Windowsills all dusty, not to mention the windows themselves! Upon contacting the company via whatsapp they offered to re-clean but it is their policy to only wipe the outside of things if items have already been placed inside of, say, a fridge or wardrobe. So in order for a reclean to be done I basically had to NOT unpack at all and not use anything until their next availability which was not an option. They agreed to refund me 1500 HKD. Now the next bit, I paid 1000 extra for a single and king mattresses to be deep cleaned, they didn't even do it. Hell they didnt even clean the curtains which were included in the original package. Finally they agreed to reclean the 2 mattresses, all curtains in 3 bedrooms plus the living room and the sofa, when they came they stayed for a mere 1 hour to do ALL THESE THINGS after chucking away 2 buckets full of muddy water no doubt from the curtains from this rental flat!!!!!!!!! which is exactly why i wanted a deep clean in the first place!!!!!! after the refund i still ended up paying 5500 HKD for what?? a whole load of hassle and a dirty flat which i paid a cleaner to redo from top to bottom. I mean, where are all these positive reviews from????????

  Work hard and motivated, about a thousand-square-foot flat, 7 of them did not finish work from 9 am to 8 pm. Every small area will be cleaned and recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  Very professional cleaning company. My wife is very satisfied with the cleaning and formaldehyde removal services of your land. The master is very polite. Worth recommending

  After the new decoration, JOIN will clean your home after the decoration, the formaldehyde removal service is the same as the indoor disinfection coating. It will be completed in one day, the master is very polite and careful. It is worth recommending
