This is an ok place to go to buy products but they lack of parfum brands. Definitely far from the French brand that I know very well in France. Please do more of packages/ gifts for makeup or parfum at a decent price like max 500 HKD. Otherwise the staff is very nice and welcoming. They try to help which already a nice touch.

Staff are always helpful and it's easy to find things in the clearly laid out store. Also really happy to see that they are sticking more and more vegan and cruelty free products!

products are awesome but the staffs personality makes this place terrible, i had a lady giving me an attitude for no reasons at all I was JUST asking for some help to find a specific product SEPHORA NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR STAFFS!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME these people needs to learn atleast BASIC costumer service.

Overall, the company is only interested in getting your money but not making sure your order is delivered. They had dismissed my order and marked undelivered items of considerable value as complete, and are not apologetic nor helpful in amending the situation when I discovered the error on their side except to force me to accept a refund. I think this speaks volumes of how little they care about keeping customers, and hence I will not return to purchase from Sephora.
