Excellent food and big portions. Shop is small expect to queue during peak hours. Noodles have a nice bite to them not too soft and the wonton really tasty with whole prawn and course pork mince. They do a shredded pork on a bed of fried noodles, which have was excellent. Crispy on the edges and soft in the middle where the sauce has soaked in. Nicely flavoured with no taste of MSG.

Came here the second time and there are a lot more items on the menu to choose from and some fancy items like wonton with crab roe (蟹粉雲吞). What I love most was their broth, which has a strong fish flavour. Their wonton and noodles were average. The noodles was slightly overcooked and was not as springy as I remembered. I would recommend you go for the standard wonton noodles which was $38.

18.12.2017: noodle tasted average, couldn’t tell whether it was hand made or machine made, but the soup base was good due to strong grilled fish favor, quite expensive for this area, lunch noodle set is $75..

Oh it's a good noodle. Chewy and combined with the just right broth for the wonton. On the interweb, you may read that you're supposed to take exit A while other say exit C from Cheung Sha Wan station. Exit A is #fakenews. Go with exit C , stay on left side, walk ahead past Un Chau St and you'll be there in 8 seconds.

A little bit expensive but it valuable and better go for tea. These topping on noodles are fresh and tasty. A hygienic place and nice service. It is almost the best Hong Kong noodles restaurant.

Perhaps the most expensive wonton I ever ate in my life. Good quality but still a little overpriced

Expensive, small portion. But the noodle is good and chewy, without the taste of "alkaline water" that is a commonly bad taste found on Cantonese yellow-alkaline noodles.
