On hold best part of 2.5 hours.on 3 different head office and another large branch during their supposed "Open For Telephone Service" hours, MUST be staffed exclusively with mainlanders as a typical PRC "Sorry, but could you explain what 'customer service' means please?" (.but less polite of course & some spitting would have been involved at some point most likely) ~ actually I do love all CN. people, or wouldn't have lived Shanghai 12.years but does make you cynical after time..)

门口有销售往广州深圳等路线的巴士票,方便国内旅客来往香港,两旁有湾仔电脑城、修顿球场、麦当劳、鸡蛋仔,是等车消闲的好地方。
