  The staff in general are extremely rude. I paid 1760 hkd for express service, but ended up missing my flight and having to pay for hotel over the weekend because of a mistake THEY made. No one answered the phone, and they didn't even call me when my visa was ready. I urge you to consider another agency - someone cheaper, more reliable and more efficient.

  As far as I know, this is now the only CTS office in Hong Kong that processes new applications and renewals of 回乡证 to China. Best to get a number before they open at 9 am in the morning.

  Nice and fast services, I just spent 15mins to submit the form and documents, and 20mins to collect the document afterward.
