The hotel is in a good location. Right next door is a Brazilian restaurant and across the street is a supermarket with a little canteen outside (with really good and cheap food!). Most of the stores and restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel and right outside are a lot of taxis. We paid $8,000GYD per night for a three person room with bathroom, air conditioning and a fridge. The room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable enough. However, we were only provided with 1 towel. We had our own towels so didn't bother asking for extras. But I'm sure if we had asked then the staff would've gladly given us more. The manager was very friendly and was always concerned with our satisfaction. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and was able to put us on to a very nice taxi driver who took us around. There is also tea, coffee, hot water, milk, sugar, etc. available around the clock in the hotel lobby. The hotel also offers free WiFi to guests. I can definitely recommend the Savannah Inn to anyone travelling Lethem.
