Hands down one of the hotels in Georgetown, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And theirs a lot of amenities available to make your stay comfortable. The casino is above average, the kids play area was also very good. The staff were very helpful and professional. My only complaints would be with the restaurant, the food was horrible and extremely overpriced! But this was not a huge issues for us, why would you want to eat at the hotel with so much other local stuff available in the area? And the pool was unavailable for use throughout the entire length of my trip because they cleaned it and apperantly were waiting for it to refill which takes 5 days apperantly, management could have easily purchased water to fill the pool which they refused to do. Overall I would still recommend the Ramada as an excellent place to stay based on the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the rooms and its location.

After sitting there for 10 minutes the girl then decided that she is gonna serve the blk ppl. Especially the one with the dreads. I felt like I was south of the Mason Dixon line. One of the bartender tried to recover it it was too late. I made up my mind. Because of him I give one star. Go swim and stay away. They sucks.

The worst experience ever! Awful customer service. Either no hot water or it would come and go. Would only make up the bed but not actually clean the room. Hardly ever had wash wrags. Employees weren't customer friendly AT ALL! Bad customer service at the restaurant. Waiter/waitress would take a long time to wait on you. A VERY long wait for the food. Waiter/waitress would disappear as the food took forever. They would get the order wrong. No apologies for their bad customer service. Waiters/waitresses acted like they are bothered when asking them for anything. Again, the worst experience ever!

Service sucks. My room wasn't clean for 2 days after repeatedly complaining. Everytime we need fresh towels we had to call like 3 time, 4 of us stayed in the room and the left one toothbrush when we call front desk we were told we have to wait until the supply manager gets to work later. The TV was all scrambling which we notified front desk and was supposed to send maintenance which never happened. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

The Ramada need proper maintenance outside and within. It seems as though care and renovation is not being done, at all.

    Room
In bathroom had a stinky smell that was permanent. House keeping was called and they used Lysol to take away the smell but the smell still remain there. Later we found out that the room was not clean prior to us occupying ityuck!!!

    Restaurant
Down in the restaurant, there was no escort to your table and poring of coffee. Everyone assembled around the buffet table stumbling on top of each other to make coffee, tea or pore juice while in the same line waiting to take out the food. The food was good.

    Building
On the outside of the building plants and black moss are growing endlessly. The roof are dirty and can used a good power cleaning and painting. Water from a broken pipe is dripping with black moss and broken concrete on the ground.

Overall, organization and structure need to be put in place to facilitate exceptional service at the Princess Ramada in Georgetown Guyana.

I was deeply disappointed this hotel which is a part of my country.

Peaceful, serene atmosphere. Restaurant appears clean and tidy. Well put together, the colors and overall choice of pastels make you feel very relaxed and calm. Would definitely recommend.

This is a basic hotel and nothing more. The lobby looks impressive but that's about as good as it's going to get. The rooms are clean but the amenities are entry-level basic. The TV is an old CRT flat panel that you have to squint to see from your bed. if it was 15" I am being generous.

Breakfast was an unattractive buffet. The only thing that looked palatable was the fruit so that's what I ate. i didn't eat anything in the hotel after that.

Staff was okay. other than that there's not much more to say.

Bad experience however, the Hotel has plenty of potential. The hotel staff is extremely rude, zero customer service.

To be more specific the attendant at the front desk didn't bother to say basics such as, hello! How are you? Furthermore the attendant at the bar within the pool area was hung over sleeping. The basic awareness and urgency for customer centric wasn't there.

As a parent traveling with little kids don't be fooled/ attracted by the "arcade". Wasn't kid friendly! After a very long flight the hotel wasn't accommodating. The Casino does not have accessibility for strollers or disabled needs. The Manager at the casino was not accommodating to strollers.
