Vince of Pestex was called out to my condo after I had been gone for months and came back to find it full of bugs. I thought he would just spray and leave.
Vince took the time to properly identify my bugs as weevils and instead of just spraying he searched for their source.
Eventually he found it in a box of dry pasta! He disposed of the pasta, sprayed my condo and my bug problems went away!
Really appreciated his thoroughness!

Pestex sent 2 EXCELLENT technicians--Isaac Cabrera and Juan Reyes--to evaluate and treat our ant problem. They were professional, courteous, friendly and immediately discovered the "gateway" thru which the ants had been entering.
They placed bait in strategic locations in the path from the "gateway" to the kitchen and WOW! Immediately there was a feeding frenzy. The ants are very tiny and have translucent bodies so they are called "ghost ants." When the ants ate the bait, which is white, their little white bodies could now be seen traveling back to their nest to bring the bait to kill the nest. Isaac and Juan were MOST informative and courteous.
Clarissa, at the main office, was took my credit card payment, was also very friendly with a kind manner.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PESTEX GUAM.
(PS, I am from Houston, but visiting my son who is in Navy and is not able to be home during the day to attend to household matters--in case you check my credentials. I am a REAL person who REALLY appreciated the help with our ant issue.)response / report this review -
