  Peter and Yolanda were great hosts. The food was delicious and the accommodations were fantastic. Zapote Tree Inn is a gem!

  Absolutely brilliant place! The rooms are in excellent condition - new, clean and fresh with a lovely modern bathroom. Excellent views over the lake. The best breakfast we had in all of Flores. The place has a small splash pool and terrace that looks out over the lake. Also has a super friendly knowledgable owner. All round excellent spot and I would highly recommend staying here and/or coming for breakfast.

  Peter and Yolanda are amazing hosts and ready to help you with all your needs. They've created a lovely place with a great view on the island Flores, and are actually making improvements continuously. You can get meals, beers or good stories, just whatever you like. There are lancha's going to Zapote's side of the lake from various places along the waterside of Flores, impossible to miss them.

  Family run place. Very relaxing. Lots of hiking trails and a nice beach 20 minutes (walking) away. Sit on the patio with a beer and watch the the hustle and bustle of Flores. Easy access by boat from Flores (2 minutes).
