Booked the night bus to guatemala city at the office. They told us to be there at 8 but we didn't find the office and called them for giving us an address we didn't get a real answer just someone shouting in the telephone telling us to go by our selfs to the bus station . He sent a picture of the tickets and said everything else is our own business. Super rude and not helpful at all.
