Lousy service in the installation since I paid within the price a filter that did not arrive until weeks after the installation was done. They were insisting on the sale and finally when I completed the payment the installation date was agreed and when they were installing, the installer did not even know that he had to carry a filter to install. A year after I bought, I had a water leak in the filter and I warned but since it was Saturday, the company washed my hands and left me alone watching how I managed to get the Technician to come forward to cover the emergency, which went to me cost but unfortunately the company was not responsible for providing and insuring the technician since under the terms of warranty no third party can touch the heater, since if so the warranty is lost. I do not recommend them, inform and irresponsible company.
