  No hot water. this is a 1 star for a hotel thats almost 50 usd. Got warm but not a comfortably. Beds are uncomfortable. Room only have 1 towel, much smaller than the pictures that show. Go somewhere else.

  Habitaciones limpias, y atención del personal aceptable.
  La comida no es espectacular y tampoco tan desagradable, precios caros para lo que sirven.
  La piscina no esta limpia del todo, mal por esto ya que no te dan ganas de meterte en un agua tan turbia y olorosa a cloro y llena de basura por las noches.
  No cuentan con habitaciones sencillas, o en mi caso me colocaron en una habitación donde pueden quedar hasta 6 personas.
  Las televisiones son demasido pequeñas y anticuadas.
  Hay demasiados bichos en el área de restaurantes, zancudos y mosquito en particular que hicieron de mi estadia una mala experiencia.
  El café que siriven para nada agradable, por ser un lugar turistico y de contacto con muchos extranjeros deberian de tener un café especial para huspedes o personas extranjeras para que se lleven un buena experiencia de lo que es tomar un café en Guatemala.

  Amazing location. But room was dirty and electricity is cut from 22.30hrs until I do not know Not convenient when you want to wake up early to see the sunrise. Service was very good. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Very good guide.

  El ambiente del hotel es muy bonito, pero la placita central es adyacente a las habitaciones lo que las vuelve ruidosas, la piscina es pequeña, solo para refrescarse y no nadar. El lugar donde se encuentra hace que las habitaciones cercanas a la calle sean muy ruidosas de mañana

  Las camas son imperial, no es cómodo dormir en estas camas tan pequeñas, además el lugar es especial, acogedor,limpio. Espero que le pongan enfoque a este pequeño inconveniente.

  Sono anni che torniamo in questo hotel, per noi eccellente per posizione e prezzo, le camere ampie e una vista lago meravigliosa. negli anni ha avuto diverse ristrutturazioni e ampliamenti, il servizio è ottimo e il personale sempre disponibile,con piscina wifi in ogni zona. Si trova a pochi passa dalla isola di Flores.
  Tornare qui è sempre un piacere

  El sitio tiene una imagen de campo pero a la vez muy comodo. La atencion es de 6 estrellas y se encargan de conseguirte lo que quieras (taxis, tours etc).

  Great hotelvery clean and air conditioned which was welcome in the 40 degree heat. Very accessible to central Flores. Power went out a few times due to storm But not a huge issue.

  Very beautiful hotel, wanted a nice place to stay after a long day of traveling other than a hostel. The rooms were air-conditioned, the grounds were nicely kept, and it was clean. The prices were also reasonable and the staff was very friendly, but there was construction going on that was a little loud in the morning, and the location wasn't ideal for things to do within walking distance. Wi-Fi was a little spotty in our room, but that seems to be the norm in Flores anyway.
