Best way to go to Chetumal or Belize. Bus was fine, A/C and some parts of the trip with wifi available, recommended

In the weird landscape of Flores travel agencies (mostly populated by greasy, sweaty, shady, weird characters), Marlin is a well-needed breath of fresh air/travel. Very organized, they give you the feeling of being properly taken care of throughout the journey.
We traveled with them from Flores to Chetumal, all transfers were spot on and timely. Friendly staff and unexpected perks (free breakfast, bus wifi, welcome/arrival complimentary drink), complete the picture and make for a smooth travel experience. Recommended!response / report this review -

I had a terrible experience. My bus that was suppose to leave at 7 am arrived to pick us up at 9:30 am. Once everything was loaded, the bus wouldn't start and we didn't leave until about 11:30 am. Things like this can happen, but no one was communicating (in English or Spanish) what was causing the delay or how long they expected the delay to last. There was no apology for what happened. Find another company.
