We spontaneously arrived here via tuktuk to find out that the three hotels in this town were booked. Not wanting to return to Santiago we made it our mission to find other places. It seems even the locals do not know about La Encantada, but we were delighted to find it! It is a basic place to sleep but has clean rooms and private bathrooms in each. The courtyard was beautiful and there was a communal longe area to play cards. At Q100 per person, we found it a nice stay. However, there was a group of Americans staying and as USA never teaches about the use of inside voices, the courtyard creates a loud echo making it difficult to sleep with the presence of inconsiderate guests. Other than that it would be a quiet place to rest.
